Hello JesustheSavior, I can tell you med-extension is longer then re-medial, my case was re-medical (Oct-28-2012) and another forum member was offered an med-extention. My re-med file was received in SVO November 5, 2012. and the forum member still waiting. I hope this will give you some idea...

Hello bakas23, Yes. you can send it in a box make sure just put everything in one box. Do not send in two boxes sometime they will miss one box then you will have a problem.

Hi Rasu, This is a booklet that contain all your family members such as mother, father, brothers & sisters everyone that lives in the same house which is giving out from the local authority. I am not sure is the same as your country, in Vietnam we use that booklet. I hope this help.
