Hi guys.

Can somebody please enlighten me what income tax form is (as written on the guide)please. Can we submit notice of assessment instead?We want to submit all possible documents proving that my husband's previous common-law relationship is over.

Is the option C and income tax form the same?this is what it says on the guide

if you had any previous marriages pr common-law relationships, a photocopy of the following

-proof that you are separated ( Income tax forms, legal documents) if you are separated
-divorce certificate
-annulment certificate
etc

yes. It look like the tax assessement you get back from CRA.

For proof you can use divorce certificate issued from the court.
