    i used FedEx. Quick, and cheap. Sent it at 4:30pm Thursday and it arrived at 10:20am Friday... Tracked it all the way across 3 airports and 2 distribution plants :-)

    I submitted my medical with the application. I went to the doctor with the form and photos. All i got back was my reciepts. The doctor advised that he would send everything into CIC on my behalf. I sent in copies of my reciepts.
