If I had known one day that I would try to emigrate to Canada I would have started collecting things! but then again - that's the best proof that you didn't enter in a relationship to gain access to Canada - it just happened that way! :)
That is so true, Sweden, if I could have thought this years ago I would have kept a detailed log of everything...sigh...I tried to have my DH consider moving this (U.S.) direction, but nothing doing! :'( I think it would have been a big chore too, though, so it's just something we have to go through.

I understand about the 3 month time limit on FBI report. Thanks for the reminder, though. It's a bit of a pressure cooker going into all of this. I do want to get as close as possible to being as accurate as possible, but getting all of the information perfectly correct is going to be impossible I'm afraid.

I'm sure you'll be fine. Basically CIC wants to have a view of what you have been doing, and where you spent the last few (or many) years of your life to be able to do background checks and make sure of who they let in the country, but I'm also sure that they understand that you can not remember everything! and as long as you put efforts into it, and add that you have done it to the best of your abilities (or something similar), you should be fine.

Pressure cooker - oh yes indeed! it's a stressful process.... and once it's over, then there is the whole waiting game - not the nicest part of it... but at least the stage 1 has come down a lot, now it's "reasonable"!

good luck putting everything together - once it's done, it will feel very empty as you won't have this "i have to work on my immigration file tonight"-activity anymore! :)

Cheers,
Sweden

The main thing is to not have any gaps with your addresses.. I was the same. Moved in and out of my parents house for 6 years, so i have a few different addresses then my parents, then out, and back (repeat a few times lol).

Just make sure that each month and year is covered. If your out by a day they will say that it is incomplete..

I wasnt exactly sure on dates and years but pieced everything out and was able to get it down to round about the exact time i was living at each address..

That's encouraging, NicJohn, thanks :)
