What's eduram said is true. You can send a waybill with a letter stating your file number and that in order to have things done you would like them to send the pgr with the way bill.

I'm just going by the timeline of other people, some people hear after 1 week but most around a month after the pgr is recieved. But that's if everything is complete and there are no hiccups It does also depend on the complexity of your case

We got the sponsorship approval August 26 and was transferred to Mexico City then. We got the AOR and the request for the pgr and ssp on October 12 so for us it took a month and a half. We just sent the pgr yesterday, and from what I have seen it takes about 2 weeks to a month to hear from them...

I think that is a fine approach. We didnt send in the PGR with the initial package, but as far as I am aware, you need to wait for the request because you need the official letter from the Embassy to get the PGR.
