    For people who have there visa already or the ppr. Can you please tell me when your sent your PGR and when your recieved your PPR or interview date, so I can have some kind of idea of when to expect and email. Its only been 15 days and the waiting is killing me!

    Unfortunately it is unreliable. For some lucky people there ecas was updated regularly and for others not at all, or not until they already received the PPR. Mine hasnt updated at all either. Just the application to Sponsor.

    Oh really, I though I read somewhere on here that they acknowledged receipt of the police certificates too. When Can I expect to see receipt of the medical, as I know in other cases they have been lost.

    If you husband just wants to visit and not work, then the 10 year visa is good, but can only stay for 6 months at a time.     PGR, SSP and additional proof of commonlaw arrived on Friday according to the courier. Now we wait to see whether we have an interview or the PPR!!!

    Im not sure it has an expiry date but I think the Canadian Embassy counts it to be valid for up to 3 months. I faintly remember reading this somewhere but im not 100% sure

    When the VO sends the AOR and requests for the police reports via email they send the offical request for the PGR by regular mail. I still to this day did not recieve that.     Just to add to that, dont send in everything separately, wait till you have the ssp and pgr before sending the documents in, also, you may get asked for other things with your application if something is missing or incorrect.
