It is faster to apply for an outland application but you can send your application for outland processing even if you are living in Canada.

Your common law partner is able to visit Canada correct? Would it not be easier to go visit and find a job, and apply from there? As there is no other way to proof you will go back as you have been gone so long. Or if you can at least get some kind of offer from a company?

Is anyone else here using lawyers to help them with there process or is everyone doing this on there own?

Our application was filed July 17th, sponsor approval august 26, police reports requested from mexico city october 12! everything seems to be moving quickly an efficiently!

Can someone please explain this rule or send a link to the website stating this, I had no idea such rule exsisted, although it makes sence.

I live in Cancun, and everything will be fine. I actually know a few people who have over stayed the travel visa, and they have been allowed back into mexico, some even without any questions. On another note, can someone please tell me what ARC stands for :)
