For the first 5 years, you must make sure you can stay 2 years. So if you get PR and then go home right away, you need to come back to Canada before 1095 days and you should be allowed in. But, as others said, then you need to sit tight (unless you are married to Canadian citizen or have a job...

Plzzz help...2 programs in two different provinces

The only thing to consider about studying / working in more than one province is that, if you plan to apply for PR through PNP, some provinces don't like you having studied/worked in a different province. For PGWP it shouldn't be an issue.

Filling travel history after getting ITA

You can use adobe acrobat XI pro (the professional version that costs money) to either create a "reduced size PDF" or an "optimized PDF". Optimized can be made even smaller than 'reduced size'. With a passport with lots of pages in colour you may be able to get it under 4MB at a slightly...

Choose one province better or more than one ?

If you are applying through PNP (or EE-PNP), some provinces will consider if you have previously applied or currently applied to a different province. It may influence your application; Saskatchewan and Manitoba realize that most people would prefer to live in Toronto or Vancouver rather than...
