I got an email from Ottawa... no snail mail to follow. I am still unable to login into ecas... I tried both UCI and Application #, but neither of them worked despite my application being sent to VO.

YES!!! I got Sponsorship approval few minutes ago!!!! It came from OttPilot-Immigration via e-mail. No AOR, straight approval!!! I feel so relieved!!!! OMG! Let's hope that the rest of late Aprilicants and May applicants get their Approvals soon!!! Moving onto Stage 2 right now.

IMHO, I don't think that there is a preferential treatment - people get approved in bundles (my heart bleeds whenever i Peek at June SS). However, the way the people get approved defies any logic. The main issue is that we do not have an outlet or means to check the status (phone / emails /...

I am unable to check my status with my receipt ID.

Every time I peek at the June SS a part of me dies... I'm serious. Nothing happened in the past two days for any of the April/May applicants, while June SS shows 1 AOR and 2 official approvals... June almost got as many AOR's as May did so far.

It's killing me to read all these stories... why oh why don't they create a simple steady system? Our lives and our well-being are in their hands for Pete's sake. Not a single application went through today... what's going on?

What also bothers me is that we are paying dearly for this whole thing and are suffering financially. Some people put their careers on hold. Others get anxiety attacks and can't function properly. Who is accountable for the fact that PR papers are issued sooner than the AOR's? I'm deeply...

it is frustrating hearing June people literally rubbing it in and discussing PPR's... what's next? I can't function properly, my life is on hold as well. Waiting outside of Canada is probably even worse because you can't plan anything. I get job-related emails almost every day and have to pass...

Let's hope so... so that early May applicants can finally start getting their AOR's at least.
