i think you can call without doubts - you applied a bit before me. the number is : 1-888-242‑2100. you can only call from within Canada. i really encourage you to call them! ;)

AndieRocks, i think i have figured out when your file got transferred to Bucharest :) log into eCAS and see the date for "medical results have been received". that should coincide with the moment your file arrived to them - they attach your eMedical file to your PR file.
