Hi, from reading on internet, many say a cover letter is good idea and so we plan to do one for our common law sponsorship to canada but WHERE do you put it so that the VO sees it first? Inside the QUESTIONNAIRE as first page on top? And would it go in sponsors or applicants form?

ok thank you, will do that but still there is one question that I hear different answer for Who is the declarant? Some say the sponsor some same the applicant. What i know is at CIC this form is listed under the forms for SPONSOR, not for applicant/immigrant.

For spousal/common law sponsorship. is it necessary to fill out this form for additional dependents even if you don't have any? Do I need to submit it and write N/A on all the questions? I say this because I wonder if not submitted, CIC may think I forgot and return our application?

Thanks for the replies, very helpful for sure and good to know all gets sent to Manila so they will see all. I don't think we will make duplicate copies then.. ie a copy of all the same photos for each the sponsor and me applicant but decided we will put just some photos to go with extra pages...

something else we not sure about... if my sponsor attaches his love story to his sponsor application, will it also be sent and seen in Manila with the AOR2? Or does his application and everything he includes with it stay in Canada?

that makes sense! thank you.. another thing, can you VALIDATE and print the form early, like a few months before submitting? It prints BAR CODES and I wonder, do they expire?

thanks that sounds good.. by putting the letters and extra sheets with application form seems better chance they will read what you have to say compared to if was additional proof all mixed in with the rest of the evidence. i think

they ask for INTENDED OCCUPATION. We are doing common law to Canada and I do plan to look for work but I can't know what job I will get. It will just be a general type job.. maybe call center or cleaning, hotel maid, restaurant, What can I enter here?
