Does my Canadian citizen sponsor who is presently living with me in the Philippines need to submit the Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage for our COMMON LAW sponsorship application to Canada? Or is that only required for marriage sponsorship?

Our red flags are age gap and that we are living alone here with no friends and far from family so almost all our pics are just the two of us. But we have letters from family and friends who all support our relationship and also love letters we wrote and how we are compatible.
