    ***FEBRUARY 2019*** INLAND SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP

Exactly. The lady on the phone told me everything went through and the AoR is incoming.. so it is just a matter of time! Consultant will definitely inform me when she gets the email so hoping for tomorrow or Monday! Long as it isnt being sent back that's all that matters at this point in time

    ***FEBRUARY 2019*** INLAND SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP

I called the number. Said we recieved your application on Feb 11th. But the review of my eligibility has not started yet. Not quite sure if that means the AoR has officially gone through yet? But at least it recognizes my file

From what I have read, you will either get your OWP approved, then medical or vice versa. Depends. For those who have to do a criminal check (example: people from Mexico because the government wants it sent after the application) then that will be issued after. Then the true waiting begins for...

    ***FEBRUARY 2019*** INLAND SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP

Haha, funny story. I ended up calling them back 3 hours later because people on the WhatsApp group were having success and the lady informed me that my application has officially been approved and I should be receiving an AoR email anytime now. The APP number they gave me was exactly as you...

Well. I called immigration again today. They gave me a temporary file number (dont think it will work with status online) but said my application is complete and not being returned! Seems like everything is a go. So just waiting for the final confirmation of the AoR! I asked twice to be sure...

    ***FEBRUARY 2019*** INLAND SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP

Gosh, this part of being patient is difficult. I called the immigration line two times in the past week, both with the same response, they have nothing to report. The person on the phone today said they had another question to ask me (she was so nice) and I accidentially hung up - then I called...

    Spousal sponsorship

When I was married, my wifes parents couldnt make it to our wedding in Canada because of passport/financial issues and we Skyped them the entire wedding instead. On our documents we explained why they were not in attendance at our wedding. I'm sure there are people on here who went through a...

Does this mean he has recieved his AoR? Or does the review of eligibility means they are still going through his documents? Just curious

Wife who has PR application ongoing flying within Canada?

This is probably a stupid question but my wife and I reside in Calgary and she has a PR application ongoing. Our grandfather booked us a flight to Ottawa for our wedding present in May with Westjet. It is all within Canada with no international crossings. There would be no problems if she is...

Called the CIC this morning. She had all my information with the receipt number I provided her and said they have recieved the document and are checking to see if all the documents are in order and if everything is ok, AoR should arrive soon. She also said things are moving at a faster pace...

    ***FEBRUARY 2019*** INLAND SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP

From what I have been reading in the Jan forums, the PAs who have been in Canada for under 6 months are receiving their work permit pretty much right after their AoR and those who have been in longer must do their medical first, then they recieve their WP. I wonder if this is the case?

Did you recieve your AoR, Carlos? Phew. I was starting to trip out thinking we needed the biometric fee!

    ***FEBRUARY 2019*** INLAND SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP

Hey just to verify with all the Feb inland applicants, did you submit your biometric fee? My consultant said inland applications are currently exempt from the process? We did not include the fee upon submitting the app.

Can you explain exactly how you did that? We paid for the receipts online.

Nice! Did your consultant inform you? Or did you check on your own? I'm going through a company called Active Professionals. This is the most nervous part, waiting for that AoR!

Hey waiting, I live in Calgary too. Sent mine off on the 11th. Let's see if we have similar timelines. :) And how in the heck does one receive an AoR in fourteen days? That's unheard on here? Haha
