Issuing T4 is based upon the employer, so the T4 issuing time varies with employer to employer. Tax pocesing already started and I have submitted mine on feb 10 and yes you will get NOA after filing your Taxes

Current processing time is about 50 days. November 25th applicants are receiving their AOR...So you have nearly about 15 -20 days.....
