Exactly...one who gained valid experience for CEC and applied for immigration has nothing to do with LMO...and yes it is for those whose permit is expiring and are not able to apply for CEC

No...if some one's work permit is expiring and if he/she wants to extends their work permit they have an option called LMO and that LMO rules were different to the one applying from overseas to the one who graduated in Canada...but now every one has to go through the same procedure which is...

However, I believe you need to have to have reference letters from your employer that you have been paid particular salary for at least 30 hrs per week. And also onus is on you to prove that the autonomy of the work is with your employer and again any self-employed person will not be eligible...

I have seen a guy who was in a similar condition(Sole proprietor )...submitted his file without T4 and NOA...He got his MR an RPRF and waiting for PPR Also New OP25A states that...there is a possibility in some situations to be considered as eligible under CEC being incorporated or a contractor...
