You have to answer yes because u are sponsoring your wife so therefore she falls under the family class category, that's why the question asked if u are sponsoring a member of the family class "OR" a member of the spouse which could be a dependent child or common law partner in Canada class...

usually when you are asked to submit your medicals, this is the final phase, so anytime from now you should be getting a PPR. Which usually takes about 4 weeks before your passport is sent back to you so hang in there your almost done!! All the best
