When you do schedule A you need to go back to age 18 not 10 years although it says 10 years they want it back to age 18 We had to do ours over because of that

Hi guys, I need help. I permanently moved to Canada on PR in March 2017 and I got job in July 2017.

Now I want to sponsor my family(wife and kids), form is asking for notice of assessment but I have not filled return ss I just started job last month.

Please suggest how can I proceed further..

Thank you dear friend, i have submitted my medical on 24 may 2017 can you tell me when will i get visa call. Please do reply.
usually when you are asked to submit your medicals, this is the final phase, so anytime from now you should be getting a PPR. Which usually takes about 4 weeks before your passport is sent back to you so hang in there your almost done!! All the best

Guys I have a question on the IMM 1344E - Sponsor Eligibility(Page 2).

Here is our situation - I(Sponsor - PR) live in Canada and my spouse lives in India so it is an outland spousal sponsorship (no children).

Question #3 - Are you sponsoring a member of the family class or a member of the spouse or common law partner in canada class? What do i answer for this - Yes or No?

I checked the guide and it is too confusing - It says:
If you answer “No” to questions 1 to 3 - You are not eligible to be a sponsor. You should not submit an application.

Q1 & 2 are age related and whether PR/citizen or not.

Thanks a lot!

You have to answer yes because u are sponsoring your wife so therefore she falls under the family class category, that's why the question asked if u are sponsoring a member of the family class "OR" a member of the spouse which could be a dependent child or common law partner in Canada class, remember they have bundled up everything in one so Outland sponsorship and inland sponsorship fill out the same forms and document checklist so the question is for both Outland and inland sponsors so your answer to this question is "YES"

You don't need to do anything. Go get the medical done.

We did. Husband's BP was above 140/90 and according to the doc CIC will want it tested again until it is lower.
I don't mind a delay. I just hope it doesn't result in a refusal. Could that happen over BP?
Everything else was fine.

Medical problems shouldnt be an issue when it comes to spousal sponsorship, at least when not contagious.

Hi guys!
Quick question, in the form to applu for open work permit, they ask the number of my last visa in Canada, which is a vivitor visa. Problem, that´s all they explain and my last visa has a few numbers, three of them are one letter and nine numbers and another one is just numbers. Any idea which one they mean? Any way of speaking to an agent when calling them? The system just hangs up after speaking to a robot for 5 minutes.
Thanks!

Get a translation done and have it certified and send it
