Any update from anybody from Feb 2014 returned application because of old forms or missing documents one more things Can we send abroad degrees and transcript as language proof

I did one pack of all application but paid fess together for all three applications and attach fees receipt with every case i hope this will help you

exactly the same case is with me i had applied this dosent makes any difference if you had completed you days before you spouse you can apply

No minor forms are same old one not updated use the same

Its not like that they wont return it to you same case is with me i had submitted old forms with new fees i also called cic agent told me that there is only one form sept2013 they also dont know about this i dont think so it will be returned Relax

i had submitted my application with family on 10th feb 2014 on old forms they receive it on 13 feb what i notice today that there are new form posted does this makes any diffrence although i paid new fees $400 can anyone answer this

Same case is with me i had applied with my kids as i completed my days and my wife will complete her days in April so i advise you go for your application with your kids to safe yourself from new law and apply for your wife separately and let her application process individually this dosent make...
