Any Recent progress regarding new biil C-24

i have to submit citizenship application for myself and my two kids under 7 years do i have to submit their reports of school with one application which is mine or i have to attach photocopy with all of them although the applications are all together in one envelop

when this new bill is implementing any news from today 4 out of 6 yrs

What are the chances of this bill to get approved as law

when they are presenting that new bill 4 out of 6 years for citizenship and do any one think it will be approved and implemented right away

what are the chances that this will be implemented how much time they took to increase the fees from 2 to 400$ did they took three to four month or just right away

thank you for replying but if i apply today and they receive it by 13th feb and they will process it in june or july may be by that time new bill implemented will they count my application for previous bill or they count it when they process the application under new bill

Do any one has an idea when this new four years bill will be implemented i already completed my 1097 days can i send it now or wait for new bill if i submitted now will i be considered for previous 1095 days or they will send my application back plz sahre your knowledge
