You gonna be refused entry at the Port Of Entry because your Study Permit is possibly terminated since you didn’t attend any classes since 1 year...There is also a possiblity that your home country will not allow you to travel as your stuy permit/ visa is possibly invalid by now

Call the CIC Customer service on Tuesday..i am sure they will help u out

Did you had any part time course?? What document did u attached and when did u received it?

You can always extend your PGWP once you get a new passport

Are you applying for the extension of study permit and not providing the enrollment letter , there is 100% chance your study permit will be refused...Also if you was not able to get course in September why didn’t u tried getting a different course in Januray or Summer intake....you also didn’t...
