You must inform CIC by loggin in about your change in DLI ( Institution)

Man...thats a way too much time to finish a 2 years course...You should have changed your studies way earlier ....have you already applied for PGWP?

Did you applied online or paper application? If you applied through paper(VFS) you can connect your application with a cic account( make account using username and password) it will let you know if your application is approved/refused / under process

You can go to your country ...come back and apply PGWP at the Port Of Entry...if u apply for PGWP outside Canada they will stop you at the border and ask you to go back to your Country and wait for the approval as after applying for PGWP your study permit value becomes null

You will only get 1 year of PGWP
