nope. I guess they randomly do second review for some applicants. Don't think we should worry about it. Sure, it will take more time and that may be frustrating. But we have to stay patient.

Just keep the date you are sending this application. They will later use the term "Lock in date" which means when your application is received.

This make sense. Yes, you are right. I don't see any "Next review due in Feb 2015". I see "Due date" as Feb 2015. So I guess it means - Best case: Case will be looked into much before. Worst case on or after Feb 2015.

You have to send Birth certificate to CIC. Yes kid is citizen unless you are foreign diplomat person

use your 10th certificate if that is same as passport.
