Some people say that UPS is best for Nova Scotia delivery but I have seen all three of them taking 2-3 days to deliver in CIC even after reaching Canada. So its all the same.

Buddy.... CIC is working on 2nd and 3rd June apps so I suggest you to keep track of file open updates here in the forum. When 9th June processes... check ur DD clearance after 10 days from there. In my view you should check DD encash in 20 days from now.

Buddy if you take the print out of the email which you received for PCC to the PSK, they will consider that and you would not need any appointment. Just tell that this is urgent case and you need to in a day or two. PSK is the fastest I can think of to get PCC. Its just the front desc guys you...

Limits are all okay.... but I am not sure about Debit Card.... CC works perfectly fine.
