It says a decision can be anywhere up to 60 days after hearing. I've seen longer. It depends on how complicated or how well presented your case is.

If you got blue book March then you should have a hearing date scheduled already. Call 416-952-7456 that one of the case managers left me when I got my scheduling conference date.

After speaking with IAD a scheduling conference is just that. You go over the process and they schedule your full hearing date. I have not received my hearing date as yet.

Oh man. Sorry to hear! Such a long wait for a dismissal. Stay strong but I would try and submit for judicial review (federal) get a lawyer to help you write a good submission etc. Stay strong!

If you bring evidence to your scheduling conference do you need to submit more later on before full hearing? I have given them so much when requesting ADR now I don't know what other proof to send to show marriage genuine.

Calling cards are not submitted at your scheduling conference. I read an IAD news release where they will now be using video capabilities as long as you have Skype. Hoping this applies to applicants too. Might be a good question to ask at your scheduling conference...

Depending on whether your appeal goes to ADR or full hearing. ADR is under a year for most. Full hearing you are looking at almost 2 years.
