As far as I understood, the ministry just checks with the university that you attended, but it's up to the ministry to give you the apostille. Anyway, WES will be fine with what you've got.
I'm from Russia, I followed the same route, and my evaluation with WES went smoothly.
Today marks one month since I filed my application. The meds were accepted straightaway, eligibility review has been "in process"for almost a month. No documents were required of me, no other movement was detected on their side. BG check still not in progress. Me want BG check :(
My ECAS is now 4 lines long; they added 2 lines about my meds being done and AOR being sent to me (duh...).
My BG check still hasn't started, even though it's been 18 days. Is it normal for them to take this long to initiate BG check? Does it mean they see a problem?

It's a "widely believed fact" that education and experience don't have to match as far as CIC is concerned :D We'll see how my case turns out.
You mean, this discrepancy could be a problem with provincial nominations? I never even considered those - lost cause.
I wonder if there were any NOC...
Hello!

My only one year's work experience as that of an accounant, so I'm applying as such. No credentials whatsoever. Only confirmation letters from my job and my pay stubs.
Do you think there will be too many IT specialists in Canada shortly because of the lifted job restrictions of FSWP?
Secondly, do you thing a Canadian Msc in computer science (whereas the bachelor's is NOT in CS) will get you anywhere?
Finally got access to ECAS! Two lines as of today.
Also, the "Details" column at the main page read "Updated". However, careful review revealed no changes. Perhaps ECAS was the update, I dunno.
