Proof of funds/Gift deed from a person in another country

I'm just analyzing every situation, is all. My uncle in another country asked me about this, so it made me curious. I will be using my own funds from my Indian and US accounts to show for my PR application. I'm only going to do things in the legal way and not do anything silly to jeopardize my...

Hello, I currently reside in India. I used to live in the US for a few years and returned 2 years ago. I have a valid bank account in the US with some funds. Can I attach proof of those funds as well (in addition to my funds in India) with my application? I can access the US funds with my...

    Information on the employment letter

Thanks for such an elaborate response. Is including salary imperative? Salary as a graduate research Assistant is quite low and part-time positions at universities often have no benefits associated with them!

My regular hours were atleast 40 hours a week. Will it be counted as 40 hours/week or be counted as 30 regardless? I'm not claiming more than I worked. I am just confused because of the definition of full time on the website.

    Calculating number of hours worked

    NOC Codes

Thank you for your response. Do you mean to say a score of 456 would qualify? Because @thevisawhisperer mentioned that FSW need more than 470. I think I need the extra points.

But I see just the Experience Class and Nominee Class. Where can I check the one for cut off for FSW?

    NOC Codes

I shall confirm these things with my university. Without using it as my foreign experience, I have a score of 456 on the CRS tool, which is above the current cut-off of 431. With it, my score increases to 481.

Oh ok, that sounds good. I'm doing the math here, at the (official) 12 hours a week for 2 years, 5 months and 1 week. And it amounts to 125×12 = 1500 hours. Shoot, seems like it falls short by just 60 hours! I can't claim this as foreign work experience right?

Thank you for your response! I appreciate it! The reason I asked question #3 was because I read 2 caveats to this somewhere which said - "any work done while being a full-time student does not count" (this is only in Canada) "and a full-time position is defined as officially 30 hours a week for...
