Hello, Withdrawing your profile does not 'reset the clock'. As a matter of fact, whether you were in the pool for a month or a day, as long as your score falls within the range, you will receive an ITA. If having your partner apply as the main applicant gives you more points, IMO, go for it.

If you linked it successfully let others know. The last I knew, it doesn't bring your application over from the old account.

Hi Ashot, Since you said you received emails for your BOWP you never said what became of that. Did you get it approved?

I had this problem in September and never received a reply to my CSE. I lost my ITA and my profile expired. I hope someone can help you because more than likely you will lose access to your information for good. Linking accounts is not a good idea.

Hey can a September AOR / PPR receiver answer me this? Did you upload your passport bio page only? OR did you include all stamps and visas?

I don't see anything on that link about the bio data page. I'm also pretty sure there are people who have submitted BEFORE Jan 2016 and received their PPR, and they have only provided bio data page. Please also see below:
