mycic locked out

Hi Guys, I need help. Mycic Account was locked out for several days and when i called the GCKey recovery team they told me to sign up for a new account and link the old one to the new one. So i did what they have told me, and its done, i recovered my account but i cant view my submitted application and the status as well wherein you can see the accept invitation and deny invitation. I already have an invitation to apply and my docs are due for submission on Feb 26. I am not finish yet in filling up the questionaires for the app for pr when you accept the invitation. Can someone who experienced this situation help me. I called CIC, they told me to call the GCkey Team. I called the GCKey Team but they said to call CIC. im confused and im afraid i will run out of time with the 60 days timeline. TIA.

I am also struggling the acount locked issue. the difference is mine is locked after the eAPR. I am waiting for any requesting for additional docs or the final decision.

I'd like to know and learn how to solve this problem.

Did you ever get your account unlocked?

I'm dealing with this issue. Waiting on decision from CIC and have a message pending.. can't access MyCIC since locked out.

I had this problem in September and never received a reply to my CSE. I lost my ITA and my profile expired. I hope someone can help you because more than likely you will lose access to your information for good.

Linking accounts is not a good idea.
