Hi Jerry welcome! We're all in the same boat it's a waiting game right now, we should be hearing something within the next two weeks. There's really no rhymy or reason to how CIC works, there's a lot of support in this forum for all of us that are going through the process.

If the application is tranferred to the local office without AIP it means they want an interview, you can request your FOSS notes and find out what's happening with the file.

yes they're able to see in their system if a decision has been made and most of the time they'll give that decision over the phone... I just got off the phone with them btw, she said that they should be through most of april in the next two weeks, I asked her if she knew if the 1st stage time...
