Hi everyone, I'm changing jobs in two weeks, just wondering if I have to notify CIC about this, I'm the sponsor. Does it affect the sponsorship in any way? Are they going to want a letter from my new employer? We just sent our app in on Apr 19. Thanks!

I got the same response when I called about forgetting the pictures the rep wasn't a lot of help, but from the forum it looks like they ask for the information that's missing. I know it's a shock when you realize something is missing, it looks like you don't lose your spot if they do send it...

I used Mosaic in Vancouver, their rates aren't bad, you can contact them through email to get a quote.

I think it's thursday and they use monday's date, I'm pretty sure I saw the update last thursday. But good news, just saw a member for feb 16 get approval so yay!!!

Hi PIPE, Yes your wife can go to her local MP office and ask for help but they will not get involved if your application is within the posted time for your VO. She can send an email to her local MP and find out how their office can help. Have you ordered your CAIP notes?

I'm sure it is mc, from what I've read joint bank accounts are a plus, a friend of mine that went through the process had a joint bank account that they never used, she still included it and they had no problems being approved. Now for them to start moving and get to april! :D

Still haven't heard anything from the council, I sent a follow up email last week and the response was that it takes over 30 days and if anything happens they'll let me know. I'm wondering if complaints are taken seriously by the council and how concerned they really are about helping people...

I used skype log view program to get all the logs from the account. As far as I know, as long as you haven't formatted the computer the logs should still be there, or if you have a backup of the drive you can retrieve them. There's a number of programs out there, do a quick google search.

Called CIC and the rep doesn't know what's going to happen, he says they could return it or they can send a letter requesting the pictures, that he would advise against sending the pictures alone... ahhh what a mess. Called Canada Post and they can't stop the package from being delivered, ahhh...
