    I wish CIC would give out updated information in the letters they send, the number they provide for the SSP in Mexico City does not work. Here's the link from the CIC letter we got about the SSP Certificate: It refers to the Certificate as "constancia de antecedentes no penales"...

    My wife is on the phone with the SSP in Mexico City making sure that the doc they give out in GDL is the same one, don't wanna be giving wrong information out so once we've confirmed it I'll come back and post the details :D

    My wife got it in Gdl... we sent it in with the application the first time and it expired. I'm not sure why I'm reading that you can only get it in Mexico City...

    The PGR took the letter from the embassy yay!! We explained how it got wet so 10 business days from now hopefully it'll be ready :D

    oh right! she got the regular mail one too... I thought they would for sure send it to my address in Canada since I wrote that one as the contact address duh! We´re going to the PGR on monday, I´ll post once we get a yes or no on the letter.

    In BC it depends on your income $30k plus you pay full price. Unless u find a job where they cover it along with the extended health portion.

    My wife got hers at a kiosk in Gdl at recaudadora for $50 pesos Edit: the medical is yearly income they base it on your previous year taxes, I suggest you file your taxes before applying otherwise you'll get a bill from MSP

    In BC it depends on your income, I think below $22,000 you pay nothing for a family of two. Then it goes in increments n percentages that u pay 80% 60% etc again depending on income. It's $116 for a family of two, u would only pay full price if income is over $30k. Hope that helps!

    It all depends on the officer, a family member got a five year ban. She´s a Canadian citizen, she can apply for a waiver but the papers she signed say that if she tries to enter or enters the US there´s a possibility of jail and the lifetime ban is automatic. They don´t play around with stuff...
