WES will accept the transcript only in a sealed envelope signed by relevant authority. This envelope should be opened only by WES. Usually university dispatch themselves of handover a signed and sealed envelope of transcripts for us to mail. Anyway the transcripts you have is of no use.

Immigration is bothered about your age, citizenship and work experience (not work eligibility), and relationship of you and your spouse. I don't think your resident card is involved in proving any of these, so in my opinion you do not have to worry about your resident card.

Usually there are only two packages 1. Sent from the university, which is attested copies of your transcripts (basically each and every marksheet ever issued) 2. Sent by you which has copies of all certificates (not marksheets). You can send all certificates in a single package.
