I am not an Canadian immigration expert but with my limited knowledge there shouldn’t be any problem. Once you are outside Canada you should have no issues in applying ict, also I am not aware of any restrictions on not having a Canadian experience requirement for applying ict.

This worked for me in 2020-21. I was on owp and requested my company to have it converted into ict. I have worked for them outside Canada (and also in owp)

If you can wait, wait for ICT. ICT job offers help in PR points without LMIA. if you dont need those point come in on OWP
