Sonal, What does the online tracking status show? My wife submitted on 16th and today they sent an email (and updated online status) saying psprt dispatched to local vfs (kind of surprised by the quick turnaround). She is now worried that something may be wrong if they sent it so quick. lol

Assuming you go through VFS as in most cases, they will send it back to local VFS office. The local vfs will arrange to courier through their preferred vendor. I have heard Blue Dart but not sure. My wife just decided to pick up personally from VFS office, safe and quick.

My status went from Application received to In Process. When you go into details it just says medical results have been received. No idea regarding intw, but seems they prefer email communication. keep an eye on spam folder (we used gmail addresses and no issues, got all communication)

I was reading the same and the letter only refers to VFS website for process details. the VFS folks say that this service "may" be used for passport submission. It doesnt look like mandatory to use VFS but honestly I wouldnt take a risk of delaying anything unless can find detailed instructions...

Hi, I dont think so, atleast I havent received any status changes emails. The only emails i got were - sponsor approval, AR (right after file transfer) and PPR. I just checked once a week.
