I would call them as backlogs. Because if you do not prioritize stuff for a long time, it eventually means that there is very less concern about those files and will only be cleared when there is time unless something crazy happens. So hopefully, something crazy happens soon and gets our files...

there are a bunch of fields under each company including some date fields but there are not related to either start date or end date of my work experience in that company. So do you or anyone know anything about this?
