if it doesnt change after 24 hours .. update the same information again and submit the profile .. it should reflect the changes in few hours .. it happened to me that my score didnt update in the 24 hours .. then i resubmitted the changes so that it reflects the score in profile ..

Yes, i have used that service for WES evaluation for my Bachelor degree .. they are bit expensive but they do it .. they took a week furthur than the expected timeline they gave for sending transcripts to WES .. For WES you should evaluate both bachelor and masters .. i see in forum some pple...

my suggestion is you update based on your passport .. Given name goes to your First Name and Last Name as in Last name of your passport .. Birth certification is requested only for child dependents so you are good ..

I believe you should contact the CIC to check the status and order GCMS notes as well on the progress .. also immediately check with your doctor whether all the medical reports are uploaded or not ..
