WES for Indian Maters

Hello experts ,
has anyone done their masters evaluation from indian university while residing in Canada ? can you please advise me on the below concerns !!!
1. Should we evaluate our Degree certificate also as the WES checklist says "For all applicants submitting a Master’s Degree or PGDip earned on top of a three year Bachelor’s Degree (12+3+2) for evaluation, WES requires that you provide your Bachelor’s degree documents, otherwise WES cannot complete the evaluation."
2. can we use the Clear transcripts service as i am unable to find someone for me to go to the university and collect the transcripts ?
3. has anyone used their service and can we count on them ?

Yes, i have used that service for WES evaluation for my Bachelor degree .. they are bit expensive but they do it .. they took a week furthur than the expected timeline they gave for sending transcripts to WES ..

For WES you should evaluate both bachelor and masters .. i see in forum some pple do only masters but better do it for both .. i did for both masters and bachelors ..
