If someone get RQ before written test, how much is it possible to get another RQ after the he/she passed the exam successfully?

How do you know he should wait for 1 year? I sent back my RQ in August and they sent mail to prepare for written exam in January, which means the processing and making a decision took 5 month or less. This is my idea.

Thank you bangloboy for your reply. I made a mistake , I mean to ask "oath date" after the exam in St. Clair, because as you mentioned I already have the test date. So, in your case, after 18 days, there in no update about your oath date and difficult to estimate it somehow,... Regards
