my friend perform rukhsati, to them, without rukhsati its pretty much a marriage of convenience... marriage has to be consummated... no matter what you say they will eventually send u a reply saying go and do rukhsati and update us with evidence etc... so save yourselves the headaches and...

i would recommend on visiting ur spouse... having this evidence speaks volumes... other than that wait for the 33 month mark so that ur MP can push on ur behalf, otherwise not much u can do... so yea, make a visit and update them with that info... that will most likely propel them to do...

Simply scan and email all the info/evidence to London visa office again and just tell them that u parceled all this to them but here it is again in email as they didn't get the parcel for some reason. .. do this instead of wasting time or arguing with them... hope this helps...

you have to write a cover letter stating ur relationship and trying to display ur case to them so far... for the visa office there is a form in which you have to write down which visa office you want ur file sent to, even if you put down ISL, Pak... the file will be sent to Lon...

okay just curious, can the people who got ppr1&2's recently along with a decision made on their ecases, can you check and state if ur spouse's (applicant's) address changed from Pakistani address to Canadian.... for my wife it still states the Pakistani address... i remember they used to change...

do all that later on, dont disturb the process or complicate things... let things workout, land, and then do any changing within canada, much easier, much smoother... less headaches...
