I am pretty agreed with EVIL007 . You should pay your full one year fees before visa or atleast one semester. It will really put +ve effect on your file even for you its easy rather than transfer funds in installements and dollar rate is down now . Go for it !!!

Attaching some of your salary slips would be a plus point it will certainly put good impression on the visa officer and make your fule genuine so attach salary slips , offer letter, releiving letter as well. Gud luck for your next steps
