Well buddy nothing can be said with surety, low marks in 10 and 12th is definitely a pitfall of your profile.
Add really strong SOP , explaining why u got less marks and how much u improve over the years. What is your ielts score . 7 or 8 bands can improve your overall profile.

Hi brother if you apply under general then your luck can be your friend or enemy. If its your friend then with a respected and appropirate ielts score can leads you among your visa approval.
But you are not a qualified applicant under spp because it required minimum 50 % in all over profile .
So, explain everything very carefully in your sop and attach any industrial experience if you have ?

And don't wrry you have a good score in your b.tech.
