Payment of Fees

I have recd the letter of acceptance from Canada College and now I have to apply for the Student Permit
My question
Whether I pay Fees before applying for Student Visa or after receiving Visa
Does it make any difference

You should pay it before filling for the visa. Its highly recommend.

I am pretty agreed with EVIL007 . You should pay your full one year fees before visa or atleast one semester. It will really put +ve effect on your file even for you its easy rather than transfer funds in installements and dollar rate is down now . Go for it !!!
