Thank you for your reply. :) We did apply from Pakistan but it was rejected as we didn't show strong ties :( Problem is that wife has completed her studies and doesnt work. She doesn't have a bank account or any property under her name :(- Allah Madat

Ordered GCMS but nothing since the medical they haven't even received the medical results but mp said they received the results. Anyway thank you for your reply :) at this stage it will be hard to prove ties :(- Allah Madat

Thank you everyone for the reply. Im not exactly sure as what to do. Legally admitted does count visit visa doesn't it? So if she goes on visit can she apply? I know chances are very limited :( Please pray for us guys.- Allah Madat
