Wow! I was gone for a couple weeks and I sure missed a lot! I still can't figure out the new look. Hopefully soon.
We got an email today from Mexico. But it was just generic with all info at top. And then saying about wait times, what to do if interview is requested and what to do if anything...
Ha yes!
Dear Miguel, thank you for all you do and we are so sorry for giving you a hard time.
Love, us Canadians, and soon to be Canadians (now hurry up eh?!) :P
I didn't get one yet. Was thinking about just paying it and doing it now.
I wonder how much it cost to send to Mexico. I think I saw someone say you just need a hard copy sent to Mississauga but I don't know if that's correct or not.
Hahaha I am laughing so much at this right now!!!
I have that same question. When you make the payment are we required to send a copy to Mississauga or Mexico? Anyone know?
Something is definitely strange about our file. They mail us and then I can't access mycic. It made me crazy for the first little while! Lol. But I've learned to relax about it. Patience is not one of my best skills hehehe
I think maybe because they didn't require any additional papers or anything like that from us.
I was expecting to hear something about our file around the end of March, as someone on here had mentioned you hear from them about every 2 months: and sure enough they started processing March 28. So...
Just checked email and we never got anything like that. Strange!
We still have never received an email for anything. Just a letter in the mail saying I was approved a sponsor and it was sent to Mexico. Only reason I know anything is because of the ecas updates lol
Thank goodness for that!
I have used name and date of birth, and application number and name, space bar in place of birth, no passport info, tried married, single, divorced lol also tried 1,2 and 3.
But honestly I can't remember which combinations I have done lol
Thanks everyone :) I will keep trying. I tried married, single, divorced. There's a few other options there so it won't hurt to try.
I also realized that if you enter in passport info, you aren't required to put anything for place of birth and country. I didn't help lol. But I'll keep trying...
You just use the space bar and that's it, don't enter anything. Some people say that using single worked for them even though they are technically married and also some people have tried 1,2 or 3 as number of persons in application.
I have tried to link since January using all these different...
Hey guys,
Checked my ecas today and it finally added another line under the PA that they started processing our application yesterday :) I guess that's my unofficial AOR2. Hope we get an official email confirmation for AOR2
