    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

Yeah, I know and I understand. I would be really happy to see it happen as well. On the other hand, I wish they would "compensate" people like us (2013 July - Sep applicants), who's been the biggest victims of all applicants for having to wait 16 months because of their screw-up.

My bad. The change.org post "The fastest shortcut way to work in Canada". It's you who posted, no?

I am not criticizing you at all. Don't worry. ;D I was also "very" surprised - in a non-pleasant way - when I read your facebook post about the OWP for spouses of foreign students. I don't know what kind of idiots come up with that kind of regulation... :P :P

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

If this is true, I would be happy for all of those who apply now, but it's not "fair" - that's the only word I can think of - for applicants who've been waiting OWP for 16 months now and still don't have any news.

Thanks! So, is the date I mentioned (2015/02/09) would be the bring forward date? I've been ignoring about this GCMS note, but maybe it's time for me to get one. Can anyone send me the link where I can ask for this?

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

I already mentioned my situation earlier, but to say it again, I am Aug 16th, 2013 applicant and I got the sponsor approval on Nov 10th. My wife got an email on the same day requesting for marriage certificate and additional documents to prove our relationship. We didn't include the marriage...

    Marriage license

I encourage you to wait and get the marriage certificate and send it with the application. I also couldn't wait until we get the marriage certificate, so I sent the application with only marriage license. Few weeks ago, I got the sponsor approval, but my wife was asked to send the marriage...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

I got the sponsor approval on Nov 10th, and on the same day, my wife got an e-mail requesting for marriage certificate and some additional documents to prove our relationship. We sent them 2 weeks ago via Xpresspost and there is still no response from CPC. I called the CIC just now to check our...

Their system is primitive and the poor call center agents have no knowledge or common sense. It is impossible to get consistent answer from them. Did you get any answer by faxing/emailing them directly? I guess not, eh?

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

I feel your pain, Frenchy. For us, it's been a little more than a week since we sent the marriage certificate by xpresspost and we still haven't heard back about my wife's AIP. We made some plans for the Christmas holidays, but I think it will be ruined if we don't get the OWP within few...

We got the SA email and AIP email from the same officer. "Officer BS". When I first saw the initial, I thought they were joking with us.."BuxxShxx" :P :P :P

What are those 3 letters? Sponsor Approval, AIP and DM? If so, I guess that's even better to distinguish the ones who work on AIP and who work on DM. No?

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

I am really curious to find out how many "officers" are actually working on Inland applications. To me, it seems like there is less than 20... :'( :-[ Assuming there are 20 officers and 48,000 applications in 2014, it translates to 2400 applications per year per officer = 200 applications per...

Is there really 249 "officers"? or is this number just an indication of the total number of employees at CIC?
