Aug 16th, 2013 applicant here. Still no AIP, no OWP after sending additional proofs on Nov 21st... We sent the OWP application with the sponsorship/PR application, so I hope we qualify for the new pilot program and will be one of the first to receive the OWP.

Call HIBC and ask to send you an application form, or go to the website to download the application form at http://www.health.gov.bc.ca/insurance/msp_register.html#appenroll. It takes about 2 months to process the application. Once you are registered, HIBC will send you a letter to attend ICBC...

We are in a similar situation. I got the SA but we were asked to send additional proof which we sent on Nov 21st. And we haven't heard back from CPC until now. I called CIC and the agent told me to wait 6 weeks. We are Aug 16th applicant.

I was wondering what was going on with your husband status. Sorry to hear that he still doesn't have OWP. I hope CPC is not waiting until next year until the pilot project is in place to issue us the OWP... Have a great Christmas with your family!!

What??? You sent the additional documents on Dec 3rd and you already got the AIP? What's going on. We sent our documents on Nov 21st and still haven't heard anything back. Is there something different you did?
