I submitted my Notice of Assesment and got approved to sponsor. Keep in mind "Option C" takes 5 to 10 business days to arrive in the mail depending on where you live. If possible, I would include "Option C" along with the application for peace of mind.

As much as I would like to be off today, Family Day only applies to provincial employees. I assume my fellow Federal Employees at CIC are hard at work today, well...except me.

Welcome aboard Dalmita. I still don't get the reasoning behind the request to renew police certificates. Why would they ask us to submit a complete application in the first place? I find it strange. In terms of renewed medical exam, there is possibility they would extend it for another year...

I have asked the same question in the Ottawa group but no reply yet. Based on the CPP-O spreadsheet, I noticed half of the applicants got them and the other half did not.

You shouldn't be worried. Some people received their AOR the same time as SA or after SA.

CIC is pretty slow with the quarterly updates. No update as of today.

I would call them to find out the status of your application. It shouldn't take this long as my application was received the same day as yours. Let us know what they say. Good luck.
