    Atlantic Immigration Pilot Programme (AIPP)

Ah man I feel for you guys. We're in the same boat; we had savings for a house and that's been eaten in to to keep us whilst we can't work. I have had to apply for a new work permit as opposed to an extension, as IEC can't be extended, which is why I can't claim implied worker status, I don't...

    Atlantic Immigration Pilot Programme (AIPP)

It's a tricky rule isn't it, it makes less sense cos typically speaking NOC C would be earning less than NOC 0,A,B so there's a greater need for a second income... Not saying that its either of our cases, but it really seems contradictory to me! How have you managed to keep your wife in the...

I know how you feel bud, my nerves have been wrecked during this whole process... The good news is that you're moving to an incredibly beautiful part of the world so it'll feel like a holiday for a while after you arrive! Did for me, for almost a year :) I've been physically ill with stress over...

    Atlantic Immigration Pilot Programme (AIPP)

It's crazy isn't it, the inconsistency in messaging applicants that is. My colleague never got an AOR and when he eventually managed to link up it showed his submission date on his application is the same date as they received it at the mail room, but he gets emails telling him there's been...

    Atlantic Immigration Pilot Programme (AIPP)

I logged in today and my current status looked like this (link to imgur), no actual updates, no e-mails, no messages since AOR (didn't get any messages when I MEP), no pre-arrival yet. This is normal, right?

    Atlantic Immigration Pilot Programme (AIPP)

My colleague who submitted his PR application after me received his pre-arrival letter today. Whilst I am happy for him, I'm worried for myself. I haven't had anything. That isn't a cause for concern for me, is it? :(

Atlantic immigration November/December 2018 file received CIO Sydney

He isn't eligible for OWP as my category is NOC C. Website says A few people said we should just apply for it any way, but I've heard having previous applications rejected can be detrimental to future applications/cause them to take longer to process, so we didn't want to run the risk. We just...

    Atlantic Immigration Pilot Programme (AIPP)

Does anyone know if its possible to pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee whilst the application is processing and submit the receipt via the web form/case-specific enquiry, without being asked for it? Or because I didn't do it upfront when I paid my other fees, might I have to wait until...

    Atlantic Immigration Pilot Programme (AIPP)

I had a similar issue, the total fees were greater than my card limit, so I paid the processing fees, and I will pay the right of permanent residence fees when they are requested. You could always do it that way.

AIPP inland applicants with dependents in a different country?

I went through the same time. My employer applied for designation in April and they didn't get it until the end of July, but the website to book a settlement plan was down for like a month! Then by the time I managed to get my settlement plan done and the endorsement was sent off, it was...

AIPP inland applicants with dependents in a different country?

That's rough. What is your NOC & where are you from? Which province? Processing times for inland applications made via paper for open work permit extensions right now is 113 days. They are currently working on applications received on October 5th, so hopefully it'll be your time soon! We...

AIPP inland applicants with dependents in a different country?

I sent it to the correct address. It arrived in their mail room on December 28th, I received an email on Jan 2nd saying that they had received it and included an application number. Now its linked in my GCKey account, which says it was submitted Jan 2nd and that the application is currently in...

AIPP inland applicants with dependents in a different country?

Thank you so much, you've put me at considerable ease. I worry about his visitor application getting knocked back because he has immediately transitioned from being here on a two year work permit, to just visitor status. We considered him flagpoling or even leaving Canada for a few months, and...

AIPP inland applicants with dependents in a different country?

Has anyone here applied for AIPP inland, whilst in Canada, with their dependents in another country? I've seen a few folk on this forum mention that when they've been granted PR through an inland AIPP application, they've had to go in person to sign for their PR. Does this present a problem...

This is the first time I've heard about these in-person COPRs (interviews?)! I don't suppose you guys know what the deal is with this interview? I made an inland application with my spouse as my dependant when we were both in Canada on work permits. They've since expired, I have an application...
