I did not attest my edu docs.

But its only happen when there home country VO has overloaded other wise they will not send. Like if i am living in Korea more then an year then i can use manila Phip VO office instead of my home country VO and you have show send proof that you are living in other country instead of your home land.

He must have to mention dubai office then CiC will not send his file to Islamabad Pak.

My is Canadian citizen and she did not submit before her income tax return since 5 year as she is not living in Canada but when we work out after our marriage she submite her 6 year tax and she got option C through mail out side Canada.

My wife is working in Korea and she just submit her tax return and then she get her option C through mail from Canada.

I understand this matter and cic was not refuse before they were misunderstand about sponsor's they were thinking that my sponser already moved to Canada but we already clear that matter and send them some documents proof which they updated my gcms note as well. Well thanks for reply.

But i want to know manila if for korea but if we move to other country will it be ok? Like manila will send our application to other embassy or they will processe from manila?
