Pakistan : Spouse/ Educational documentts

Hi people
I am from Karachi, Pakistan my wife lives in canada applying for me.
I need to certify my educational documents, so should I attest my

1) Matric mark sheet & certificate from Matric board
2) Inter mark sheet & certificate from Inter board
3) Master & Bachelor mark sheet & Degree from Karachi Uni

After doing that I have to attest Master & Bachelor mark sheet from HEC.
and then all documents should be attested from Foreign office (Nikah Nama too)

Am I following the right procedure ??
